Tooling Design

Once a product has been designed the next step is to produce the design for a tool that can be used reliably and effectively to create the unit. The tool, when used in conjunction with an injection moulding machine, will allow the production of the components required for assembly.

An effective tooling design allows for a smoother production run with less waste and therefore higher margins when the product is sold.
